arctic G-705?

Called a turbo company in Conn. for a rebuild kit for my ray-jay turbo. Is on a 705 diesel, has a 10A... part number on turbo, so I thought it might cross with a Moline part number. They e-mailed me back with all the information on the turbo and said it's for an "artic tractor". Anybody heard of this?

All I have ever heard about a turbo on MMs was that it was an altitude compensator for higher altitudes, not to increase the standard horsepower.

Didn't ray jay make turbos for M&W? which made turbo kits for alot of equipment. But M&W made the factory kits for moline too so who knows

The M/W turbo on A4T1400's increased horsepower to 139. D504A motor was different motor than G1000 or G705. Manifold, heads ,injection pump and cam were changed to acommodate turbo. MM's new 585 was not ready at time of A4T1400. So 504 was beefed up from the usual 110 hp. When 585 was ready it became the A4T1600 and 1400 was dropped. As far as an arctic turbo,I would doubt it. No G 705 would ever start in the Far North, They have a hard enough time starting in southern prairies in winter.
