B2 Sheller repairs

I am working on my B2 sheller. The fan drive sprocket has several teeth missing. It looks like it has been running this way for a while. Question - Do I leave it and run it or do I replace it and if so, how I do remove it? It looks it has some kind of a wedge pin. Take a look at the pics and let me know what you think. Thanks!

I am looking through my stuff for a parts manual to get a number and description of number of teeth I might have it new but need a part number David Lohf 319-444-2284

I'd recommend PB Blaster and heat first, then more PB, and I would not take the temptation to start prying that Gibb head out, I think it's just break right off. Looks solid rusted in.
