602 3 point

The 3 point won't raise, but the pin on the back, associated with the depth adjust is stuck in. Is there a way to get it out without tearing it down?

I need to rebuild the valve assembly, just didn't want to do it yet......

How far in is the pin? If it is in a ways that you can't get ahold of it, you could try bumping it slightly with a screw driver but might have to tilt the plate out of the way to get at it. It is under spring pressure. If there is any amount sticking out, carefully try to grab it with a pliers and twist and pull it back. If I remember correctly it wont come out the back and will only go so far in. I have two M5s to rebuild the valves and an M670 Super that needs an O ring on the pin.

If there is any amount sticking out that you can get ahold of it with a pair of pliers (you may have to put a rag or something over it so you don't mar up the surface) I would try and wiggle it or turn it and try to pull it out first. Being it is sticking I would try the tapping as a last result since it might just stick some more and then it will be farther in. There is an O ring in the housing just behind the seal if it is like the M670 Supers. I will take a look in the parts book to make sure, but if all else fails you could remove the seal, get the pin moving and replace the seal.
