I'm upgrading my g6 from an old bosch to a Rosa I'm doing it for pulling. And tips on pump timing?? For better power. And do you have to take the front timing gear cover off to change the pump drive. ?

You do know the Roosa runs camshaft speed and the Bosch PSB runs crankshaft speed so at least one timing gear needs to be changed. Also PSB pumps are timed to port closure and Roosa Master pumps can be timed for port closure or port opening depending on the specific pump. Just stating some general facts.

As long as you have the complete pump drive it should fit fine.
The roosa set up has 2:1 gearing in it. Both run off the water
pump gear. What rpm are you planning to run?

I'm not sure on rpm haven't checked it. I know it's not much over stock I just Wana get more fuel to the engine. The bosch wasn't doing that for me. Any timing tips for best results??

The yellow pump drive, is the PSB drive. The brown one is for Roosa Master, they interchange on the engine, but you need the complete drive. The stock timing is 11 deg BTDC. That is good at stock rpm. As you get closer or above 2000 rpm, advance the timing as far as possible while still being able to start the tractor. If you're running a 425, you should have a good amount of fuel as the pump is set now. There is plenty of fuel available in the Roosa pump for any NA use.
