Need Early RT brake disc refacing material

Looking for any current source RT9529 or 10R39 or preferably complete kits for replacing friction material on early (1939) RT brakes

I'm guessing they are band brakes using woven lining ? MSC offers it , and a google search brought up several more suppliers . I'm looking for that product for my Oliver 70....

They are early single discs - I believe 12 inch OD. Each disc is lined on both sides - total 4 pieces and I believe 12 rivets per side = 24 rivets. Different from the later smaller diameter dual discs.
