16k for a G955????

I'll give 6k for it.

I'd gladly sell out if prices are going to be in that range!

(quoted from post at 09:33:05 09/15/14) Lol and he bought it yesterday at the sale for $10,100

Seems to be a lot of that around lately.

There is a 3 speed 670 that someone on here is selling for 6 k and the owner of 25 years had it on craigslist a month ago for 2500/offer. I don't care for people trying to triple their money in a day.

Making $6k overnight?? If I could do that I'd only have to work 6 months a year. I don't know if I'd pay $16k for one with less that 1k hours and still had plastic over the seat!!!

It's just outrageous, when a 2-110 White can be had for half that. People must be getting greedy or are "medicated" because people are driving MM prices and everyone thinks they're "rare" which makes them work a fortune.

I just do the the three "L"s on things like this!
1# look
2# laugh
3# leave

2 owners and mint condition with 5300 hours ha ha.
And by they way he is the third owner of it.

If he gets that I have a fortune in 1355 and 2270 might
retire them and get more WOW! 2270 Should bring at least
25 k its rare.... Sort of .

Everything that clown has is supposedly mint condition. Not saying he doesn't get some nice looking low hour tractors from time to time but they are always overpriced and usually described at "mint". What a joke.

I should have clarified my post. I was talking the $10,000 would the top end on an excellent one. I agree 16 is way over the limit. Most 2-110s and 120 are in that range. The tractor looks nice. I wouldn't mind having one myself, but usually mint condition is original condition, that would be minus the overhaul. Its like selling a tractor as all original, with new tires and new paint lol.

Yes you gotta watch him, he isn't far from me, the g1000 he has was on Craigslist near me for 6900 and he's had it awhile started asking 12500 and is down to 10000. That 955 was nice exept someone welded steps on top of the factory steps don't ask me why.

But the seller can tell his wife:

"Well Honey, Ive put it up for sale just like you told me to."

I bidded him up at the sale....it's a very nice
tractor but not for $16000...I was going to
give $10000 for it just because we wanted it in
our collection (it would've looked good next to
our 1355 in the same condition). I do agree
though, not a $16000 tractor at all, I just
laughed when I seen that.

Same tractors sell around for 3500-4500 in good condition. Can pick up a complete red one with a knock for 1000$. They are an 1870 in Canada. Good MM motor but back end not so great.

Where's the one at for $1000 I'd love to have one for that price but problem is I bet its half way across the country I'm in iowa

This guy has the most one owner, low houred,
original mint condition iron of any jockey
ever. All colors. Its kinda funny to talk about
with friends when another one shows up on his
tractor house page.
