Below is a pic of a Jetstar II diesel. With the exception of the heavy duty bumper, it"s a pretty normal looking tractor.
However, it has two interesting features that make it unusual:
1) It is serial number 25700113 which makes it the last Jetstar II diesel made.
2) But more interesting, with the exception of the fenders, the sheet metal you see in the pic is actually fiberglass. And, it is accurate, very well done fiberglass.
My question is this: could the fiberglass "sheet metal" be factory or is it aftermarket. If factory, how many tractors were done like this. If aftermarket, does anyone have any idea who or what company might have made the fiberglass components.
