Getting ready

Got our haul tractors ready to go for potato digging season starting next week. Hopefully they hold up.

nice lookin crew, are all those G950s? I see the two on the right are one straight axle and one planetary. I wouldn't mind helping/driving either, Dad planted lots of potatoes years ago still remember the Oliver 1800 running the two row john deere planter and digger. I was one of the poor souls that had to pick the spuds off the ground.

They are from left to right- 1050, 950, 1050, and 1350 heritage, all LP. 1350 painted yellow many years ago, but blue decals still on it and red showing where yellow is peeling off.

I was hoping to meet you at Buckley but I never caught you around your tractors. Hope you have a safe harvest.

Nice looking lineup, please post some more pictures of them working when you get that far. I agree, I do like the flat grilles.

Thanks for that pic, Really a great line up of nice tractors that 'earn there keep'. Nice seeing them in there every day work clothes
Yes , by all means take and post pictures of them in the field working. That proves that they are just not show tractors only. Take lots of pictures to look at and enjoy in the future.clint

Doug, That is an impressive lineup. Lots of grunt there.
I'd be interested to know what kind of oil you use in the rear end of those tractors.

Be nice to get the 1350 restored someday. Have a 604 to get done this winter for 2015 PGR winter show in Worthington, MN though.

You're odd lol, hows that? (just kidding) I prefer the flat grilles myself, have a G950 with one, but the bubble nose ones are unique. I always thought the 50 series looked "beefy"
