3 pt arms on 445

Have a minnie moline 445,cant get the 3 pt arms to move?? Any ideas?? Thnks

What year is your 445? Does it have the tel-o-flo hydraulics? I have two non running 445s. The one with the tel-o-flo system the 3pt arms are down, the other has one of the first 3pt systems, they are up and cant be put down. There were problems with the early systems.

I am thinking if your rate/cycle levers are swung all the way to one side or the other it will lock the cylinder. MM called it 'transport position' or some such.

445 didn't have those levers.
Don does the remote levers work? Also hold one of the remote levers in the engaged position and work the 3Pt lever at the same time. See if you get any action.
