looking for some help with my 5 star puller I think I know the problem but here goes. we just recently prebuild the amplitorque and under normal driving it engages and disengage to low as designed. pulling in my 6500 farm stock class I took off in low and put the t/a into high once moving. it engaged perfectly, towards the of the run when I pulled it back to try and lug it out it went into neutral and the engine just revved up? does anyone know as to why? was told by another Moline friend my end gap may be too large from when we put the t/a pack in? thanks for any help in advance! also wondering if I just solely use low range pulling will it be ok and hold? I usually use 3rd low in my pulls before t/a was fixed?

The clutch pak has nothing to do with low range, your issue is in the low range area which has NO adjustment, pull it out and have it repaired, Dale riverdalefarmshop.com. 920 295 3278

Dale, I have a M-5 that we rebuilt the ample torque on too, it holds in both hi and low but in high it makes a tinny scraping noise which is quite annoying, What do you think I did wrong when re-building it? We haven't used it for much but were thinking of painting it for parades etc.

Hi there, it's a little hard to tell without hearing it, I presume you used new thrust bearing, and thrust washer, so what did you do to properly clearance the front cover on installation? Dale
