G 1000 Diesel Engine Parts Question

I have had a diesel engine for a G 1000 laying apart to long and now have couple parts I do not remember where they go. In the box I stored the oil pump are a couple spacers, round, approx. half in long with a 3/8 hole through them and a 5/16 course thread set screw approx. a in or so long with a jam nut. It is not the one for oil press. adj. as that one was with the pan stuff. Those items are oily and unpainted so they do go internally. Thanks for any ideas, Rod.

Here is a photo of the parts in Question.

The set screw looks like it goes in the rocker arm for valve lash adjustment and then the two bushings go on top of the studs and nuts that hold the rocker arms down to keep from over tightening the valve covers....

Thanks for info, that is the correct location for the bushings and the set screw is used to secure rocker shaft to mounting bracket. It was removed to make room for a lifting fixture. Thanks again, Rod.
