Spin adjust wheels on a 705LP?

A good friend of mine has a 705 Lp with spin adjust wheels. Neither one of us knows much about MM tractors. He wants to sell it and we are trying to figure out if the wheels add much value to it or not and if the whole tractor is worth any more than what it weighs. The heads are off and say 10A4206.

Alot of the newer MM tractors had those wheels. I would not consider them to add to the value. Just a little different is all. Just my opinion. Jeff

Don"t know about the wheels, but I don"t think that"s a G705. It has a Gvi nose, and no forward lights on the fenders. Looks like a Gvi with G705 decals.

Guys, is this a 705 or a GV1? Any serial number? Moline was a good one for using up left over parts. Could this be an early 705 and they used the GV1 front grill/lights on it? I suppose the rear rims were used when the original rusted out, I don't see any reason to have adjustable rear rims with a standard front end.

Where would I find the tag or S/N on this beast? I'll go back over there and see what's on it.

Between myself and the owner, we know flip about Molines. We're just looking for a good home for this one.

Come to think of it Brian, a friend of my dads had a GVI by serial number (had GVI on the plate too) but said G705 on the hood. I always thought someone had just put the decals on but you raise an interesting point.

I live in Waco, Texas. The serial number plate should be on the right side of the transmission case, right under the hand clutch. You might also be able to determine tractor size by the engine. A GVI would have a 425 engine, and a 705 would have a 504. The engine serial # plate should be on the left side of the engine. Email me, and maybe I can come look at the tractor sometime.

Those sorta look to be 34 in. power adjust wheels, may be a difference in value between 34 and 38 in. wheels. Just a thought.
4206 heads sound like a 425.

Yesterday I had more time and looked for tags. I had seen the one on the motor but missed the one on the trans. Anyway, It is definately a GVI, Right on the trans tag: GVI 160011312 and on the motor 425B-6 160011312

The rear rims are 34's. Anyone seen weights like those before?
