Twin city jts steering wheel

I'm getting ready to paint my jts but I've never found anyone to fix the old crumbling steering wheel. I was looking for help or a lead on a new wheel. It is tapered and keyed and 1" diameter on large end any help is appreciated.

Did someone take over the business at Minn-Kota Repair ? They used to be the best choice...

They don't list a JTS as an application, but you can check out the specs o this one. They say they have others as well. On eBay right now:
