Uni tractor with a baler mounted on it. Back in the day (50=yrs ago) There use to be a few around. Don't see many around any more.

Yep MM uni tractor with the baler attachment. I messed up big time once. My great uncle bought a 166 New Holland baler that was a couple years old at the time, had the two Wisconsin engines on it, he said he gave $650 for the darn thing, used it a little and parked it in the shed. When he got older and started selling more of his stuff, he put the price at what he had paid for it, and the old goat could remember just what he paid for everything. He didn't sell it but got hurt, broke his shoulder. He was a bachelor by the way. In 2008 the family put him in the nursing home and sold all his things on auction. It brought $17500, some fellow in Minnesota bought it. I talked to him several years before about it and he was okay with letting it go, I wanted to put in parades, but I was young and kicked the idea around to much whether I needed it or not or wasting my money. Live and learn!

It makes me sweat, itch, and scratch just looking at it. You had to really be tough to stay on one of them for a day of baling!

(quoted from post at 08:02:53 07/30/14) You never tied wire bales behind a CASE baler evidently.

Or an OLIVER wire tie done that when I was a young fellow and still have vivid memories of the experience and that about 60 yrs ago now  :D
