I got a 1960 Moline g6 diesel and it will hardly lift any hydrolic implaments.. its like it has weak pressure.. can anyone tell me how to increase the pressure or any ideas of other issues....

I would check the hydraulic filter.

where is that located?? never knew it had one

I can look in the parts book but I believe it is under the seat, enclosed in the cover around the valves. I think the filter might be a tough find but I think someone has found replacements.

Most likely the pump is worn out. 50+ years of no maintenance usually takes its toll. You can try screwing down the relief valve and see if it helps, make sure to crank it back down before you replace the pump so you don't break the new pump. Good luck finding a good pump anymore.
