White 2-135 No Steering, Brakes or Hydraulics

Recently our 2-135 had the trans lube light come on and shortly after all hydraulic functions quit. We checked the rear end and there was lots of oil although it was bubbling up out of the dipstick when we checked it with the tractor running. We checked the internal screen at the bottom of the rear ends and all was clean. The hydraulic filter was just changed this spring. We bleed the line to the external hydraulic pump and then everything worked but within 5min the light was back on and all functions stopped. It seems like the external pump is not getting the oil it needs because the filter housing was not full when we took it off. Is there a valve stuck or somewhere we can check pressures to make sure it isn't the pumps which I don't believe it is but I am not sure?

I am not familar with the 135 but it sounds like you are sucking air around the filter seal. you might ask your question over here on ag talk as several guys have 2-135 and are in the know on them. all I had was 4-150's.
