I have a 403 4A power unit that I'm getting back into working order for a sawmill. It's a gasoline unit.
At sometime in it's life, the governor was disconnected and linkage was added that connected to a foot pedal throttle.
I have the original governor rod, but it's not connected.
I think there is a dial on the instrument panel that should be connected to the throttle in some way, but it appears parts are missing.
I figure I may have to have the governor rebuilt. no big deal.
Can anyone help me with how the linkage is supposed to be hooked up? Pictures would be great! None of my MM manuals show the detail I need.
