MM Memorabilia Auction.

I have made the painful decision to sell my memorabilia collection. It is mostly Minneapolis Moline but there is a little of everything. I hope the collection goes to people that will enjoy it as much as I did.

I will try to post a link to the auction.
MM Auction.

Wow you have alot of stuff, curious how long did it take you to get all of it, did you just buy piece by piece and kept buying or how'd you get it all, is the final bid price with or without shipping sure website said but I kinda forgot to look.

I started collecting in 1975. Mostly one piece at a time. Once in awhile I would buy a box at a dealer auction. A lot of times I was buying things out of the trash. Most people didn't want it.
The two best sales were -
I went to western Kansas to pick up an 875 Versatile for the local Agco dealer. Stopped at a MM, Oliver, MH dealer auction. Filled the cab of the versatile and the cab of the truck with literature.
Dealer auction in Oklahoma I filled a pickup bed with a topper completely full. Filled the pickup cab until I couldn't hardly get in. Couldn't see out the left window at all. I knew the back roads home.
I like to think I had a nice collection with some rare items. The Rotary Plow tractor literature is the only piece like it I have ever seen. The 5 gallon MM Military oil can was one of my favorite items.

I went back and looked at all your items again, but I still couldn't find anything on shipping, will you ship items or is it pickup only, if you ship I will be bidding on a few items. Thanks

Looks like Aumann's is doing the auction. I think they would be doing the shipping. I have bought toys through them, and had pretty decent luck with the shipping.

Great Collection Roger. I sure wish I had the cash to go after a bunch of it, it would really aid the Book research project. But like you, one piece at a time and a box here & there when lucky.

I have received several comments about the size of my literature collection.

I kept about 20% of it so I am not out of it completely.

I also have a large collection from the local farm equipment dealers in my home town. I have most of the dealer signs that were on their buildings from the 40's thru the 90's. I am getting it ready to go to the local Historical Society.
