It is possible to bore and sleeve any of the Moline jugs. Currently have "U" jugs @ 5.5; also had "403" jugs @ 5.5. Both have water running thru them. Cheapest route on pistons is Caterpillar 3406; (5.4")- or 855 cummins (5.5). Used pistons will be cheap but you will have to spend money to machine them to work. (that is the "shadetree" approach.)

If you are going to spend the money to do such a project, there is no reason to stop at 5.5".

If you decide you can use HD800 pistons, I have a new set of .020 pistons I would sell. My cell is 231-564-1039

Use HD800 blocks. Can bore to 5.5" and still run water. Expect $1200 for a set of 4 with rings and pins.
