So I'm working on my friend's GVI - he's too old to work on it or pull it anymore, but he's got a lot of money into restoring it and wants to see it pull a few more times. We have a pull coming up this weekend, and I think it should be boosting harder than it is.
The "fuel plate" on the PSB pump is slid all the way forward, so I was wondering where I should set the timing for this turbo'd application. Under full load it will only push about 10psi, so I thought I might need to either advance or retard the timing from the factory 30*BTDC?
