Valve backlash and head torque values

I have a m5 mini diesel and had to change the head gasket. I don't know the torque spec or how much backlast on the valves. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks from a guy covered in oil without answers. Lol.

Here is what I see in my IT manual: Valve hot clearance: intake-.010, exhaust-.018 Torque gets complicated so here goes: the 5/8 studs- 125-130ft. lb. on cam side and 105-110 0n exhaust manifold side; the 9/16 studs to 85-90ft. lb. The manifold side is supposed to be done with manifolds in place. Very hard to get to without a "crow-foot" wrench. I have "cheated" at times on that. O course the sequence is middle-out.
