MM Industrial. model R?

My sister-in-law sent me these two pic's of a MM tractor that fallowed my Dad home from the negneighbors. Im not sure if she took a pic of the engine or tractor SN plate (I seam to recall that a few years ago when Dad and I looked at it, the existance of 2). Ither way I read from the photo as:
Model: 3 5/8x4 4cyl EE
Serial No. : 017049321

Im thinking the 3 5/8x4 is the bore-stroke, making it a R model. I consider it an industrial given the odd rear end and front push blade on it. The Sn dosent fit with the lists at right.

So, based on the two photos, what more can you tell me about this tractor?

It looks to be a later model R Industrial. It appears to have a foot clutch. It also appears that the rear wheels are chain driven from where the normal axles are but the wheel centers look like those used on the R ind, just set back about 2 feet.

017 shows to be the prefix for a series E E engine, as in a R Tractor. Wonder if they got the other numbers mixed up and it is a 1949 engine? Should be 017490xxxx??
