Minneapolis Moline Manure Spreader

I have a Minneapolis Moline manure spreader that I am looking for information about. It is a later spreader as it has the remains of a later style Minne decal on it. It is a tandem axle model, with extensions, and an upper beater. From what I am reading online it maybe a LO 135?
This spreader was my Dad's and has not been used since he passed away in 1998. When I turn the PTO shaft by hand the beaters will turn, but the apron does not move. The apron chain is in pretty rough shape and is broke in a couple of places so it is not tight against anything. But the wooden tensioner does appear to be jammed into the apron drive chain.
What I am wondering is; does anyone have any information about these spreaders? Are parts available for them anywhere? Are there very many of them around, were very many made?
Thanks for any information you may have.

Don't know how many were made but they appear in literature from the late 50's thru the 60's so there may have been a fair number made. I have an earlier one (Motec Industries). They are fairly simple to work on. I bought mine on a farm sale a few years ago and had the gear box resealed and replaced the PTO drive sprocket that goes to the drive shaft. I got the parts from the local AGCO dealer and replaced the wood block chain tighteners on the gearbox with plastic ones. Other than the gearbox and a couple of sprockets most of the other parts should be easy to find or make.

I have a MM LO-100 single beater spreader and I am looking for a close up picture or parts diagram of the disengagement mechanism for the beater on the back right side. Right now I do not have anything for the rope to connect to. Is there some type of yoke that pulls the collar out of the sprocket?

I believe they were made by L.H. Schultz company for MM. Not sure where other than MMDEL and possibly an old MM dealership that may have leftover parts.
