I feel bad for the poor ole M5 and 670 sitting out exposed :) We had some of that crap again on Wednesday, I think when it finally passes it will go from this polar vortex right to summer! Did you make any progress on the trunnion mount? Did you find the 15/16 special head wrench? I could have used one when I changed/replaced the heads on my 670 super last summer.

I bet it will go right in to summer. I wish I had a place to put them in also. But if wishes were horses...we would all have to watch where we step lol. Ive got a trunnion to put on the 950 when the weather straightens out. Still have to order the head wrench from John Deere for the M5. Have to get that done so I can make some hay when the snow doesn't blow lol.

How much snow did you get? Doesn't look like your gonna drive your dodge out lol looks pretty deep, would be fun to ride snowmobile in.

How much snow?....4" But a LOT of wind. Im sure I have all the neighbors snow lol..and the lawn is bare. Maybe that is where I should pile it. Going to have to dig the pickup out as I don't think the 4wd is going to get out of that.

Hang in there, it'll get warm one of these days. I haven't had to blow or push any all winter, just all out cold up here.

Where are you located??

It has been very cold here the last few weeks - but I was amazed to see it at 51 degrees on the way to work this morning here in the OK/TX panhandle!

Southern MN. Finally got it dug out this morning...after about 3 1/2 hrs of scooping and Im still not done cleaning a wide enough path lol. We are supposed to have 50s this next week...of course the WEATHERMAN said that lol...hope its without the wind.

The weather has been pretty crazy in central Texas too. Last Saturday, it was 75 degrees and we planted corn. Less than 24 hours later, there was 1/2 of ice on my winshield and the temperature got all the way down to 15 degrees by Monday morning. Our wheat crop was big enough to be effected by such cold weather. It was about 70 degrees yesterday and we finished planting the corn. The warm weather makes the corn want to grow...... but with a late Easter, I feel we could be in a for late a freeze. The joys of farming.

I ordered one of those head wrenches from Jd it took a couple of weeks to come to central tx but it is exactly what's needed to do the job. I ordered it from the pt number y'all posted a while back. I don't know what to say about the snow Alan
But y'all can keep that up north for sure lol!!

Well Im sure I can ship some snow to you lol... Where did you order the wrench from? The last time I checked with my JD dealer it was at least 6 weeks on back order. Just wondering if other dealers have faster ways of getting them? Im planning on getting one for my M5.
