Here is a picture of a Brown Mule uni with a New Idea corn picker on it. We have a good friend that has a shingle mill and is a black smith and makes up these wood shingles for the uni corn picking days. Looking at getting a rock and roll picker for my 445 and bringing it to the Prairie Gold Rush convention in Rice Lake Wisconsin June 26-28 2014. One of the pictures is of a uni picker sheller on a power cart powered by a 445.

Neat pictures, thanks for posting. Havent really seen a pull type picker sheller like pictured. A friend of my dads had an older mounted picker on a UB. Think it was one of the first ones MM had. I guess on the ZBs and some UBs they broke axles because it was so much weight.

This is a SK 3 point picker and would go on 445, 4star, 5 star, M5, IH 560, Ford 900 series and some others.

The picker sheller is for the uni tractor but Moline sold a power cart so you could use the uni equipment on this but power it with a farm tractor.

I would have to look but I might have an installation service bulletin I could copy for you if you end up getting one for yourself.

Yes I will be getting this picker. Let me know if you find the bulletin I can give you my email.

Nice pictures! Thanks for posting. Do you happen to have the serial # of the New Idea 700 power unit, the engine, and the mounted husker? I would greatly appreciate if you could supply these numbers to me. Thanks. Ken

Would like to talk to you more about your MM/NI uni picker. I have a early 701 NI with picker. Unfortunately part of it recently was damaged in a barn collapse/storm.
