Tryimg to figure out were to check power steering fluid? Have not been able to find any sort of fill cap or dipstick to check. She"s getting hard to steer

The steering and hydraulic all use the same fluid. There is a small plate under the seat, held on with four 1/4" bolts with the rate and cycle levers on it, if you have the tel-o-flo system. The fluid level should be 1 to 1 1/4" down from the top.
