G900 Fuel tank.

I removed the (diesel) fuel tank on my G900. On my M670 (Super) there are rubber bushings between the tank flange and the mount on the chassis. The 900 did not have any sort of isolation or "rubber" between the tank and the mount saddle, is this how it should be?

From what Ive found in the parts books, just the M670 Super had those rubber bushings. G900 and G1000s didnt. Im guessing less vibration on the 6 cylinders than the 4s.

That's what I came up with too Alan. Have you ever had the tank off of your 950? Did it have rubber bushings, I think the 950 and 900 should have the same tanks and close to the same mounts.

I will have to look at it but I dont think it had any either. The tank I have on my M670 Super is actually a gasoline G1000 tank as my original had alot of rust in it.

I have taken the tanks off a few G900's and G1000's I don't remember seeing any of the little pieces you talk about from the M670.
