I am working on a G 900 for a friend that needs the clutch replaced and since I am not familiar with MM tractors, where is a good place to get a new clutch for it? Also, are there any common problems with the power steering? It is full of fluid but seems to steer awful hard. Last thing is the amplii torque, it seemed it work fine driving it to the shop, but when backing into the shop it doesn't want to move in the low position.

1. Clutch, pretty much any rebuilt clutch is a decent clutch, All State ag parts, Welters in MO 417-498-6496...Local shops can usually reline the clutch discs.
Are you sure it is the clutch slipping or is the the low side of the AT slipping?
2. There is a sprag clutch and those very commonly slip and wear out. There are two bearings one on each side, if they"re in useable shape it"s not too costly but it can still get expensive quick. Make sure it is slipping in both high and low before you replace the clutch.
3. Is this an early model or late one with the external steering cyl?

You can use a G1000 flywheel and clutch. I think it is two inches wider in diameter. Only thing though is somewhere on the flywheel it has to be machined down. I may be wrong about that but that was the weakest piece on our G900. Haven"t had any issues yet.
