Minnie mo corn picker

Does anyone know anything about a Minneapolis moline model LC self propelled corn picker? I recently come across one and was curious about it. Any info would be great. Thanks.

Is that the one mounted on a UNi-Harvestor?
Back in their day, if you didn't know it, MM built what they called a UNI-Harvestor, it could be used for a corn picker, baler, inslage cutter, combine, and a manure spreader.
They sold the concept to New Idea machinery company, I forget what year.

Now that you mention it, it does look like an open station uni. We did find what looks like part of a hay pick up near by. That's real interesting. Thanks!

Just to add, a swather as well. Ive seen some concept drawings from the Jensen photos of other "interesting" plans for the Uni at that time.... Pulling a plow and a mounted loader for a couple. Didnt look like safe ideas to say the least.

Other attachments include a corn mounted on a toolbar with a spray tank or fertilizer tank mounted beside the engine; a twin stack snow thrower; and a belt elevator for picking up piles of corn stored on the ground (maybe after market?). As far as safety went these machines were as safe as any machines made at that time.
