I have an old Z that I am thinking of scrapping and wonder if it has more than scrap value. It rolls but I am sure the engine is stuck. The serial number 04600479 and the engine is model number 206F-4 serial number 051004?8. I live in Oregon so there aren’t a lot of MM collectors here. It appears to be an industrial model or maybe military.

You have a ZASI. Kind of a collectible tractor in my opinion. Wish you were closer. I hope someone on the west coast saves it from scrap. They were made in 1952 only and based on engine production they only made 515.

Thanks. I seem to be the only MM guy around here. I grew up on a ranch in Montana and all we ever had were MM's. But in eastern Oregon they seem to think that all tractors are green. I am restoring a 56 445 utility and don't have time for this Z

I agree with Brian. It is collectible. And i too wish I was closer to Oregon. There are afew MM collectors out that way. Zach Peterson comes to mind. Hopefully he will see this.

Id hate to see it scrapped. Where are you in Oregon? Im in Albany and would be interested in it. My email is open.

Thanks

Jake

I know of one of these too in north central Iowa, with industrial loader. Sits outside and am sure the engine is stuck. Could maybe bought for scrap price. Loader is not MM but recall it was made in the twin cities.

There is a few MM guys here in Oregon. I have 25 MMs in all sizes. I live in Albany. Don"t scrap it. I would be interseted in it. I seen it when it was in lebanon on the trailer. let me know Mark 541 619 2 six nine two

Yes my son lives in Lebanon, OR and hauled it for a contractor friend of his who hadn't run it in several years and bought a new tractor. Since I have more space than he does he brought it to Pendleton to see what we could do with it. I don't know its value but thought I could probably sell enough parts to come up with 500.00 out of it.

I have one that's next in line for restoration. Wish you were closer, just to have spare parts since I'm not 100% sure I have everything, but that's quite a way from PA!

Don't scrap it!

I live out of Lewiston, ID and jsut finished a '58 445 Universal and know a guy with a 56 Utility that he may want to sell. Not too far away.
