Mixing diesel fuel

What can a guy put in diesel for a none turbo engine to get a little more power. I have heard of people doing it but never got all of the details.

One has a American Bosch and other Rosa master

The rossa pump is sort of limited. Get a good cetane additive, because it is lubed by the fuel. The Am. Bosch you can use soy oil /aolcoh./ and a binded because it is an internal lube pump. The Bosch is expensive to work on , where the Rossa is not so bad.
