G900 I purchased this tractor at Curtis Rinks sale last summer. New overhaul , tires and rims. Hope to plant corn with it next week if we miss a rain.

That is a nice looking rig. Ive always liked the G900s. Post more pictures in action if you can.

Looks good, what the filter under the lp tank, they don't all have that do they. At least I haven't seen one with it.

Is that aftermarket or did you put it on? All the ones I've seen are like this. They don't have it.

Id have to look in the literature but I think some of them did have them there as well as the regular G1000s. Not sure though, but now Im curious...

It looks like someone has replaced the original Gressen cartridge filter with a spin-on. Most likely replaced the housing with a modern one to fit the spin-on. I prefer the original to maintain the use of original lines and the suction check valve that is located in the Gressen housing. The next G900 with the STD axle likely has no 3pt and the filter will be located inside the large hyd tank on the back.

You'll have to let us know, maybe they did, and I just haven't seen them like that, or looked at the other side. But it doesn't look familiar to me.

I was there and watched you buy it on a 104 degree day....The G-900 was one of the best MM"s ever built..Over 16" of moisture here since Jan 29th and no corn planted..Good luck with your 900..

How many hours of hard run-time do you guys get on a tank of LP? Do you have a "nurse truck" to refuel in the field, or have to go back home? LP was never popular around here, but then, very few use propane for heating because of low cost electricity.
