Yes a three point hitch was available for the GVI, G705, G708 series tractors. They are not very common. They are a huge structure that encases the back of tractor to a point where you almost need a trampoline to get to the drivers seat. Jeff

I believe the first 3pts that were available from the factory for the "G" series were on the late G705s and 706s, which Im sure could be fitted on the GVIs.

3pt was not available until Oct/Nov 1964 on the G705/6 tractors. It was not factory installed but could be ordered with the tractor for dealer install. I'm sure one of these could be installed on an older GVI but it would not have been available while they were being manufactured. This was a crude 3pt system without all the draft control capabilities. It was run from the tractor type "E" hydraulics and used a pair of standard 3x8 cylinders which were not included in the kit.

Our G706 had that 3 pt. hitch contrapction on it when we bought it..We removed it so a guy could get on the tractor with out a ladder. Never put it back on. clint
