finally got to working on the 670 pto now just to get every thing out of the cab will the cab have to come off to get the seat and hydraulics out how heavy is the top cover

It will be much easier to work on it with the cab off. You can get the seat out of the cab but the rockshaft will more than likely hit part of the cab assuming you have 3pt. Do you have 3pt on yours? You will need a hoist to lift the rockshaft off as they arent the lightest. If you do have 3pt, it should have the metal backup plate between the rockshaft and rear end. That was used so when mounted 3pt implements were used it didnt squish out the gasket. I thought I had a picture of my M5 when I did the pto but I cant seem to find it.

What brand or type of cab do you have on it? Not sure how heavy the reservoir and valves are. You may be able to work around the cab since there isnt 3pt on it. Someone on here should be more familiar with the regular hydraulics than I am. All the ones I have are equipped with 3pt.

Is it like this one? If so you may be able to take enough of the "tin" off around the bottom to do the job.

I use front end loader. The setup probably weighs 200 lbs. I usually lift seat with hydraulics in one piece.
