Here's our UB special diesel we rescued from a fence row a couple years ago. Its been waiting its turn for work while we got our UB diesel puller running. It was getting huge amounts of water in the oil, and it turned out to be a cracked water jacket next to a stud. I found a running 5 star diesel engine to transplant in to it. I know its not original any more but it was so much cheaper. The original engine has injector and pump issues also. At least we were able to keep it diesel. We'll be using it for club rides all summer, along with our 705 diesel. Most club members put on 300-400 miles per summer. My wife will be driving one this year. And yes, its had a spray-can overhaul as well.
