zau brake dust covers

i have a 1950 zau and need brake drum covers. theres a set on ebay for a ztu will they be the same as my zau thanks for help

I believe the older ZTs were kind of a two piece shell that were spot welded together, where as the ZAs were a one piece shell with the 3 tabs riveted to them.

ZA and U used the same covers, either one piece formed or 2 piece spot welded, just depends on the year, if that isn't important, they all interchange.

The JT, early ZT series(and maybe early UTS too) up until late 1938 all had the two piece covers. All the brake covers after that date were of the one piece design and interchangeable. I have extra one piece covers that I would sell. I am looking for a two piece cover myself if anyone has an extra.
