MM 602 Hydraulic Issue

Hooked up a disc mower on my 602, the 3 point is just fine, it'll pick up the disc mower no problem. But when i went to hook up the hydraulic line i wasn't getting any fluid out of the tractor. The hose shakes when i move the lever like its trying to do something but i wasn't getting anything out. I checked my levers on my hoses and i believe they are all good. Do the levers under the seat have anything to do with the hoses? Right now they are pointed to the right? The tractor has been completely restored but i cant remember hooking anything up to the hydraulic lines in 5 years or so. Would this be a pump issue even with the 3 point working just fine? Or possibly some crud in the hose on the tractor. Don't know of any ways to check the hydraulics to narrow down the problem so any advice is much appreciated

Maybe the coupler (tractor or implement side) is bad. It seems pretty common for me to have to put new pioneer ends on some things every now and then. If the short hose to the coupler moves like it has pressure to it something you can do is loosen the female coupler just a bit then move the lever just a little and see if it will leak a little that will tell you if you are getting oil that far. You will then know if its a hyd system problem or a plumbing issue. If the hyd hoses haven been hooked up in a while i can sure see the coupler sticking

Agree Blake. Had the same problem on my 4Star. Drove me
nuts until I figured it out. Thankfully didn't dig into anything
serious before I tried that.

If it was my m5, and I am assuming your 602 has the same hydraulic lift, the first thing I would do is remove the plate that has the 2 levers in it and check the fluid level. It should be about 1" below that plate when the lift is down and all installed cylinders are retracted.
