Hydraulics issue on MM 602

Having an issue with the hydraulics on my 602. Not getting any fluid out of the lines, the 3pt is functioning as normal even hooked up to an attachment ( so this makes me think it is not the hydraulic pump.) I have the correct fittings for the hose i am trying to attach to the tractor (pioneer), and the hose on the attachment is clean so i know its something with the tractor. I don't know much about the hydraulics so any info on what the problem is or what i should check is greatly appreciated.

Have you tried moving the rate of flow lever under your seat. There should be two pot metal levers on top of the resovoir, these sometimes are broke off. Remeber where they are set as a guide. My M 5 works best with red transmission type fluide. Have you changed the Hyd. filter mine was plugged when I bought it.

Without the hoses hooked up to a cylinder, and moving either lever do you feel pressure in the lines? Not sure how long you have had the tractor, but are the hosed connected properly on the tractor to coinside with the proper lever? (one way or two way set up) Not sure but a broken spool spring or spool Im assuming might cause it.

The rate/cycle levers have nothing to do with the remote hydraulics operations of this tractor. Put a hyd pressure gauge on one of the pioneer tips, plug it in and read the results, should be a minimum #1000.

R F D is correct we had to rebuild our whole system
front to back. The rate/ cycle levers are what made the three point levers work better.I had to change oil and filters twice to get the oil to look decent.

The line shakes like it has some pressure when you move the lever, both of the levers are there under the seat and are pointed to the right. Have had the tractor 20+ years, and has been fully restored by my grandpa, it has not been hooked up to anything hydraulic wise in atleast 5 years though, so i can imagine the filter could be plugged or something in the lines. Would check the lines but am off in college and cant make it back for a couple of weeks to check.

My best guess is---------if it was completly restored and the remotes haven't been used, the hoses might not be in the right ports on the valve block. I don't know if you have two sets of outlets out the rear of the tractor or not? Anyway if you stand on the right side of the tractor looking straight at the telo-flo unit there are 4 ports on the side facing you. They are in a square patteren. The two top ports go to one valve and the two bottom ports go to the other valve lever. If your hoses are in an up and down position. THAT is your problem! Another note, moving the levers in the same direction does not produce the same results. Pulling the levers to the rear will produce pressure in the front port on one and the rear on the other lever. Moving the lever forward it is vise-versa.
