M670 Super keeps backing off the pto adjusting nut. Just took it apart and the lock washer is split and the nut is loose. Last time is was apart 3 years ago used red loctite and a new washer. Trying to figure out how to keep it from happening again. PTO is used on a bush hog mower and irrigation pump, never on a baler. |

| A small tack from a welder will cure this problem. |

| Weld works, but may be an issue later. If these units are properly adjusted and locked they will not come apart. Take it apart again, reassemble with the neccessary replacement parts, and adjust accordingly to the service specs and it will not come apart. We've literally done 100's of these over 50 years, don't see an issue, Dale |
