axel size on a R

Anyone know what the axel size is on a R . I was told that they have a 9 bolt hub that will fit a farmall super C. I belive the axel on the SC is 2.25" I have to cut the key and make a step key from 3/4 to 1/2".Thanks for any help.

I've got both tractors and will go measure them shortly

Both are 2.25" axles and yes the mplone is 3/4' key and the C is 1/2". Both of my R's have 38" rims. My SC, 200 and 230 have 36" rims
measured with a digital caliper

also the r was available with 36 & 38" rims. If I was building a puller, I'd find the 36" rims and go up to 12.4 maybe, just a thought
