I finally got the gas and air business on my M5 working right and it runs great. What type/size of plow and mower would be appropriate to use with it? |

| We pulled a 4-16 M5000 mounted plow with ours. It was a diesel with 15.5-38 full of fluid and about 3 weights on each wheel and 5 banana weights on the front. It helps if the tel-o-flo is working properly. I never run it myself, by the time I was old enough to plow dad had a M670 Super with the same plow. |

| Nice looking tractor. Where did you get your muffler and seat cushions? Did the muffler quiet it down much. I have a M602 that I want to have nice looking like that. What size tires are you running? Both front and back seem a little big which on a tractor that size it sure would not hurt anything.I put 6.5-16 on mine which with a wide front anything fits fine but I have a narrow front that fits the 602 and anything bigger than 6.00-16 rubs.I thought these tractors were a beast to drive but after rebuilding the wide front and good tune up they are as good as it gets. cleddy |

| | The tires were on it when I bought the tractor (I paid about what the tires are worth). I'll check the size next time I go to the farm and I'll take a few more pictures. The seat cushions were custom done at a local upholstery shop. I think the muffler came from the local farm & home store (Orscheln's in this neck of the woods) and it is still pretty loud. I like the idea one fellow hadd in adapting a JD 4020 muffler to fit, but I just don't know if I could get used to looking at that big black thing.... |

| I have a M5 with !8.4's,and 4.81 bore pistons. I pull 3-16's MM pipe plow with it real nice in central Ill. muck in 4th low.I have tried my 4-16's case model A plow, while the power was their the tracksion was not.It would need a plowing dual for the 4 bottom.Your tractor is awsome looking. |

| Mercer Tractor Restoration in Excelsior Springs, MO. Nice job throughout at a fair price. Said he wasn't too fond of doing another tractor this big (he does lots of Fords, Allis, MF, and other smaller tractors. |

| It would pull 3-16s foresure and probebly even 4-14s or 4-16s depending on your soil, that m5 looks great to |
