I thought I would share some more progress on my 1865. I'm still only working on it on Sundays. I Took one of the jugs off a couple of weeks ago and last week I took that to work to press out the pistons. They came out allot easier than I thought they would but I was glad I used the press. Since then I have taken off the other 2 jugs, oil pan, fuel tank, hydraulic pump, water pump, fan assembly, and the front end. I found the #6 rod bearing is in bad shape and because the bolt holes in the block that bolt to the frame are all stripped out and loose the engine had dropped and the crank pulley was rubbing on the steering bolster pretty good. I was going to get the engine unbolted and on the floor today but ran out of time. Next Sunday I guess. I know everyone like pictures so here are a bunch to enjoy. Questions comments welcome.
