Just put on a new tach cable on a G950 and was wondering if it works better to lube them or not when installing them? |

| Yes, lube them somehow, I have had a couple break over then years, they were rusty and dry. If your needle ever starts flopping around, the cable is dry and begining to fall apart. |

| I always lube them with lubriplate before I install them, any light grease would probably work fine,it will last longer and run smoother that way. |
