Switch help on a ZTS

I am restoring a ZTS and need some help with rewiring the switches on the panel. There are two pull-switches marked "Lights". The one on the left is a single pull switch, while the one on the right is a multi-pull switch and has a fuse on the back. What do these switches do? What size fuse do I need for the multi switch? Is there a kill switch somewhere?

Also, there is a light on the panel. Is there a way to get the hood off the light to replace the bulb, or do I need to replace the whole unit?

I got the old girl running for the first time in 9 years last Saturday. Still have some work to do, but it's coming along nicely!

Thanks,

Todd

I see you got a nice war time z there. I would say one switch the single is for the plow light and the other for the rest. You shouldn't need a very heavy fures for it maybe 15 amp max. That hood should just slip off and give you access to the bulb then. If your running 12volt you wanna make use you use comparable bulbs.

I'm not sure about the light switches on this particular model.
Regarding the instrument panel light. there are a couple different styles. On some of them, the hood is just a friction fit--give it a twist and it should come off. Some of the others are held on with two small screws. If I'm not mistaken, you may need to access those from the back.

The dash pictured is a add on electric dash for ZTS.(option) Switch with fuse is light switch. One will be choke and other is magneto kill.

On the dash light all you need to do is pull the cover off.

As for the switches. The Multi-pull switch is for the lights. It controls the dash light, the rear light, and the headlights.

The single switch is the kill switch and it grounds out the magneto.
