moline g frontend

what model moline can i use the narrow front off to fit my gbd ? or does any one make or build a custom aluminum wide frontend ?

As far as I know, all the I beam style axles are the same width. You will have to make one or adapt one from something else.

You need to remember you are posting on the MM page, not the tractor pulling page. While some of the guys here pull, you will get a better response over there. In either case having an attitude when somebody does not respond fast enough for you will get you no where.

I KNOW WHERE I LISTED IT,I PLACED THE AD.
AS FAR AS THE ATTITUDE,THERE ISN"T ONE, SO THOSE ARE YOUR THOUGHTS SO PLEASE DON"T MAKE THEM MINE,SO HAVE A GREAT DAY SIR.

ALSO I WAS ASKING ADVISE OR NO HOW ON PUTTING A NARROW FRONTEND ON MY TRACTOR AND SEEINGS HOW THIS IS A MOLINE SECTION,WHO ELSE BETTER THAN PEOPLE WHO KNOW ALOT ABOUT MOLINE TRACTORS.

They all ignore me on here too Lone Wolf...but on our GVI we bought a front end that was a rack and pinion style from Adam Camm in Indiana. It's about 75 pounds I'd guess and nice and strong. Uses trailer hubs and 5 lug wheels. It's about 44 inches wide with the tires on it but sure takes a chunk of weight off. If you'll search in the tractor photos section for 1938 WC Allis puller that's mine and has the same front end under it. Hope this helps.

I could have gave you some commits and advise on it but I am sure you wouldn't want to hear it. I guess that makes us even then?

Most MM people would not put a narrow front end on a wheatland tractor. The tractor was never designed for such a thing. There are GVI's and GB's with custom front ends, but I think the drivers usually build their own. There is a bad GBD here in Texas. Many other pullers try to get lighter so they don't have to pull against him.

Its doesn't run on diesel anymore. Its got an HD 800. Its not my tractor, so I don't want to make public all the secrets behind the tractor. It weighs a little over 7000 pounds, but pulls great into the highest class of 9500. I think it still has the stock front end. I will try to look for some pictures.
