Whats the difference between a Jet Star 3 and a Super Jet Star 3??? :?

Just by looking at the AGCO Parts Book the Super came with more hydraulic, PTO, pulley, rear wheel, and front axle options.

A real expert will have to chime in for exact details.

The early Jet Star 3s from what Ive heard didnt have the white band around the grille like the 602 or 302s did but was on later ones. The Jet Star 3 Supers are styled like the other Supers: U302 and M670.

The non supers came from the factory with a larger steering wheel generator and a little diffferent tin work styleing.

The main dufference between the two is that the supers had a smaller dished steering wheel and they were factory 12 v alternator.

So its mostly cosmetic. The reason I ask is I need trans parts for my 70 Jet Star 3 Super, Just want to know if I can look at other models for the same part.

Early Jetstar 3 's had clamshell fenders and later model had square type fenders with lights. The early JS3 had lights mounted in side panels.

A guy down the road from me has a early jet 3 with mid band. Laters had upperband like the rest
