I went to a turbo shop and bought a flange for the turbo i am using. Then I welded it on the manifold outlet. Probably not the best, but it works fine and does not seem to be restrictive. I am using a t-4 flanged turbo.

Those manifolds are like an honest politician, we've heard of them, but nobody has ever really seen one. Anyone who does have one won't sell it, and if they decide to, they have a list of 8 people with cash in hand waiting. If you just want a power boost for the farm, the flange on an N/A manifold is fine, but if you are looking for performance, that will leave you short every time. If you are tractor pulling, have a header made, and negotiate it with your local group, most will allow it in this situation.
