Thanks for the help I already removed the bearing or seal at the top of the column where can I get that at(quoted from post at 14:57:14 08/10/18) As Cary stated, the seal and sleeve go further down the steering shaft, not at the top. Just above the power steering valve.
I did mine a few weeks back, used some JB weld to hold the speedi sleeve in place as it wasn't very tight. No more leaks........at least from there. Ended up putting a new seal in the power steering pump not long thereafter.

Didn't you wonder why they sent you that large O ring with the seal kit? You never did say whether you had the manuals for your 204 or not.
When I got my 8N, the first thing I did was to purchase the Owners Manual, Service Manual and the Parts Manual.
I did the same when I purchased my MF202. You would be smart to do likewise. The manuals are all available here at YT.

I'm in California so I deal with Quinn Co. They are an Agco affiliate dealer. I just give them the part number out of the parts book and they will get it for you. I've had very good luck with them.
You can probably find a dealer near you.
