MF 1155 rear end growls on slope when leaning left.

Old Baler

I picked up a old MF 1155 a few months ago and have been working my way through fixing the old machine up but I noticed a odd noise in the back that shows up when
on a slope that leans to the left. Sort of a clattering growling noise.

Prior owner said the guy he got it from when though the rear end before he got it due to having ran it without enough oil and damaged the gears but this has me
thinking he didn't do something right.

Anyone still on these forums that actually knows anything about these tractors through real personal hands on experience?

Found it, I think. The cab vibration isolators are shot on the left side and appear to be what's making the odd sounds when the back left side mounts rub against the solid rear end mount.

I'll make new ones from a old tire and see if the noise goes away.
