Will MF99 loader fit MF135

A local person is selling an MF99 loader that he just removed from a 1961 MF 35. Will that loader mount up to my MF 135 without modification? If it requires modification how much?

The front bumper assembly that bolts to the front axle support to the front of the loader frame is different.

AGCO part number 707002M92 Bumper Assembly Used Prior To MF 135 Tractor Serial Number 9A-86902.
AGCO part number 708831M91 Bumper Assembly Used MF 135 Tractor Serial Number 9A-86902 And Up.

One thing to keep in mind about the MF99 (also Davis 99) loaders is that many of them don't have double acting rams for the main lift. It's power up, gravity down. If down pressure is of little importance to you then it could be a good deal depending on price.

My MF99 loader has down pressure, but judging by the way it looks to me I'm betting someone put the MF101 cylinders and valve on it.

I got a Davis 102 (I think only difference is cylinders to your 99) with front mounted pump off a guy that had either a 30 or TO30 and everything bolted right up. Not sure if that helps you or not. If you do it, make sure to pull the hood and front bonnet off for the install because it is too tight to leave it on and lower the loader into place. I also removed the lower mounting bracket because it was tight on the radiator.

If you do it, make sure to pull the hood and front bonnet off for the install because it is too tight to leave it on and lower the loader into place. I also removed the lower mounting bracket because it was tight on the radiator.

The 102 is a much heavier duty loader than the 99. Thicker steel, overall larger, lifts more and has more breakout force. It's a beast.

That being said, the 99 is a great loader (especially with downpressure)
